Kapoor was born on March 6, 1997, in Mumbai to Boney Kapoor, son of the late Surinder Kapoor, and Shree Yamma Yanger. She has two half-siblings, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor, from her father’s first marriage and she also has a young sister. Kapoor is also a niece to actors Anil and Sanjay Kapoor. Sadly, Kapoor lost her mom as a result of an accidental drowning in her hotel room in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In 2018, Kapoor made her debut in “Dhadak,” which was a remake of the 2016 film “Sairat,” a romance film in which she elopes with a boy from a lower social class and causes life to take a tragic turn.
