Jubilee Sharpe is well-known within the circles of reality T.V. Her appearance on “The Bachelor” gained her loyal fans who empathized with her. However, Sharpe is more than her sad story. She’s a bubbly and energetic person with an endearing personality, which is why fans of the show genuinely cared about her. Sharpe is a Capricorn of Haitian descent. In 1997, when Sharpe was only six, she lost her three brothers and her parents in Haiti. Together with her only surviving sibling, she moved in with their grandmother. The latter was too sick to care for the two girls. Sharpe was adopted by an American who had come to Haiti for relief work. However, her younger sister couldn’t be adopted because she had an incurable disease. It left Sharpe broken.

Sharpe joined the military in 2009 when she was 18, and she served eight years. Before competing on Ben Higgins’ season of “The Bachelor,” Sharpe studied cardiac sonography technology in her hometown, Fort Lauderdale. She decided to pursue a career outside of the military in January 2016. However, she was eliminated in week five of the show, but this didn’t deter her. She decided to go for season three of “The Bachelor in Paradise” in August 2016, but left after the first week. Again, Sharpe became a contestant on season five of the same show in August 2018 but decided to quit during week three.

Sharpe has had her share of controversies, one of which was getting arrested in Florida on February 16, 2020, for driving under the influence. She took a plea deal, and the charges were dropped but she received 12 months of probation. Sharpe is presently doing very well. She’s all smiles on her Instagram and lives life one step at a time.
