Pitbull, born Armando Christian Perez on January 15, 1981, is a revered name in the music industry. With back-to-back dancehall tracks, a smooth personality, and an unrelenting drive, he’s established his relevance not just in Hollywood but in the hearts of his fans. Granted, his success journey hasn’t been a rosy experience. However, Pitbull has stayed focused on his dreams like a true Capricorn until they became a reality. The singer was born in Miami, Florida, to Cuban immigrant parents. Hence, he’s a first-gen Cuban-American who was encouraged to take advantage of living in America. His early life was marked by an absent father, a broken home, substance abuse, and homelessness.

Pitbull’s career began in 2001 after joining Luther Campbell’s Luke Records. In 2009, the rapper released his fourth studio album, “Pitbull Starring in Rebelution,” which featured the banger, ‘I Know You Want Me.’ This song peaked at number two on the ‘Hot 100’ in multiple countries. Since then, it’s been smooth sailing to success for Pitbull.
