Milli did not share her father’s name, explaining that he left the family when she was seven years old. She expressed an interest in songwriting at an early age and wrote her first song at the age of nine years old. Milli started rapping a couple of years later when she was 11. For several years, she rapped with a rap group called Pink Mafia, initially known as Real & Beautiful.
