Christmas Abbott was born on December 20, 1981. As a child of age 13, she went through a horrific accident that left her sister brutally hurt and in a coma. This incident triggered her, and she went through a rebellious teenage life where she would smoke and drink hard. But this all ended for her when she joined the U.S. base in Iraq at the age of 22. There she learned the value of life and started to take care of herself. One of the trainers taught her about working out and introduced her to CrossFit. Shortly after returning to America, she started to give CrossFit classes, and in 2010, she opened her gym CrossFit Evoke.

Abbott started competing in weightlifting competitions and secured a national ranking. Her strength and dedication got her an invitation from NASCAR to be the first female Pit Crew member in 2013. In 2015, she published her first book titled “The Badass Body Diet: The Breakthrough Diet and Workout for a Tight Booty, Sexy Abs, and Lean Legs,” where she gave tips to achieve the desired body.

In 2017, she starred in “Big Brother” Season 19 and later on in “Big Brother” 22. She broke her foot in the first week of season 19, and H.o.H. Cody Nickson made her replacement nominee. Later her foot was broken by accident by Jason Dent and because of this, she required surgery. She made it to the final three along with Paul and Josh Martinez. In “Big Brother” 22, she made it to the final four but was evicted by Cody.
