Lori Greiner is an American television personality, inventor, producer, author, humanitarian, and entrepreneur born and raised in the Near North Side, Chicago, United States. After graduating high school, Greiner majored in communications at Loyola University Chicago and also worked for “The Chicago Tribune” while attending classes. Post-college, Greiner designed and patented a plastic earring organizer, which was bought by J.C. Penney and skyrocketed her to success.

Greiner had a consumer products company, which provided cosmetic organization, jewelry storage, and other items, which were even sold at Bed, Bath and Beyond. In 2000, Greiner launched “Clever & Unique Creations” on QVC, a free-to-air television network. The show ran for 11 seasons and remains one of the shows with the most seasons on the network.

In 2012, following her hit show, Greiner signed up to star in the U.S. television series “Shark Tank.” One of her investments in the show in 2014, with a company called Scrub Daddy, became one of the biggest successes in the history of the show. That same year Greiner authored the book “Invent it, Sell it, Bank it! – Make Your Million Dollar Idea into a Reality,” a how-to handbook based on her entrepreneurial endeavors. In 2022, Greiner is still very active on the scene and hosts her own Instagram live show called “Bed Talks With Lori,” where she chats with celebs in the comfort of their own beds. Some of her guests include Jay Leno, Olivia Munn, and Jennifer Garner.
