Juliet Angus

Background

Angus was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1977 to Polish immigrants who moved to the U.S. to pursue a better life. She attended the University of Southern California (U.S.C.) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Angus has said she was extremely passionate about English and getting the truth to people. But life soon took an unexpected turn.

After college, Angus began working in the television production industry with E! Network in New York. She was involved in the creation of Style Network. Later, she returned to California to work in the fashion industry and launched a boutique P.R. firm. When she moved to London, she worked as a P.R. executive and consultant for fashion brands. She then launched her own lifestyle business — her website. The latter remains one of the most influential lifestyle websites in the Global North. She married her husband, Gregor Angus, in 2007. One of Angus’s most recognizable endeavors was “Ladies of London,” an American reality show by Bravo that followed the lives of affluent women in London and their struggle to balance their social lives, businesses, and families. The show aired for about three seasons, from June 2014 to February 2017, and was a success.

Since the show ended, Angus has worked tirelessly to expand her business. She now works as an image consultant, fashion and lifestyle blogger, stylist, public relations specialist, and fashion consultant. She has two wonderful children, Georgina and Truman, along with two pets, Lady Peanut Butter and Duke von Lego. The Angus family currently resides in Battersea, South London.
