Christopher Keith Irvine, best known as Chris Jericho, was born on November 9, 1970. Jericho is a professional wrestler, businessman, musician, television presenter, writer, and actor who now works for All Elite Wrestling (A.E.W.). Jericho has also appeared in Extreme Championship Wrestling (E.C.W.) and World Championship Wrestling (W.C.W.) promotions, as well as companies in Canada, Germany, Japan, and Mexico. Between W.W.E., W.C.W., and E.C.W., the three largest American professional wrestling companies during the 1990s, he won 38 championships. Jericho was the first Undisputed W.W.F. Champion and the last wrestler to win the W.C.W. World Championship, having unified both titles after defeating Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock on the same night in 2001. He was the fourth to hold the Grand Slam.

Jericho is a seven-time world champion, having won the W.W.F. Championship once, the W.C.W. World Championship twice, the W.W.E. World Heavyweight Championship three times, and the A.E.W. World Championship once. He has also won the Intercontinental Championship nine times, making him the greatest champion in history according to a 2013 W.W.E. poll. Jericho headlined several W.W.E. pay-per-view events, including WrestleMania X8 in 2002.

Outside of professional wrestling, Jericho became the lead singer of the band Fozzy in 1999. The group’s debut album “Happenstance” comprised covers and original songs.
