Background

Jayden Bartels’ creativity has taken the world by storm. She was born in Los Angeles to a Yoga instructor mother and a computer repairman father. Bartels is a Scorpio by design. She developed an interest in theater and began taking ballet, hip-hop, musical theater, jazz, acting, and songwriting classes when she was eight years old.

Bartels has an extensive filmography. She has appeared in multiple shows and productions since 2015. She got her first acting role as Taylor on the T.V. series “Clique Wars” (2015). She later appeared on one episode of “Dance Moms” in 2016, in “Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn” as Olivia in 2017, and in several other shows before her breakout role. This was, of course, the role of Avery in “To The Beat!” She reprised her role in the 2020 sequel. Bartels then appeared in the Disney Channel production “Coop & Cami Ask the World” (2018), as Peyton. She recurred on the show until its second and final season in 2020.

Presently, Bartels plays the starring role of Presley on the Nickelodeon television series “Side Hustle.” She first landed the role in 2020, and the show has been running for two seasons. Bartels is a multi-talented teenager. In 2015, she created her YouTube channel, which has almost 800,000 subscribers. She’s also a star TikToker with over eight million followers. Bartels launched her singing career in 2018. She released her E.P., “What Really Matters,” in 2019, contributed to the “Side Hustle” theme song, and has six singles to her name.
