Adonis Graham

Background

Adonis Mahbed Graham was born on October 11, 2017, in California. He is the only son of Canadian rapper, Drake, and painter, Sophie Brussaux. Graham lives in Paris, France with his mother while his dad splits his time between Paris and California, occasionally visiting his son and ex-girlfriend, Brussaux. Graham’s mother is a retired adult film actress who now works as a painter. Brussaux’s works have been exhibited in many cities around the world, including New York, Milan, and London. She reportedly met Drake in 2017 and fell pregnant with Graham soon after.

Initially, Drake was skeptical that Graham was his son, but in 2018, he finally gave in and accepted Graham as his own. The two have had a strong bond ever since. Graham often attends events and award shows with his father where he can be seen on stage accepting awards on behalf of Drake. Graham attended the 2021 Billboard Music Awards with Drake and that was one of the first times the two had been seen together as father and son. Before then, Graham’s first public appearance was on Drake’s Instagram in a photo series. Drake wanted to protect Graham from the media because of the potential for bullying, but he decided that his son can’t live a sheltered life forever.

Graham attended his first day of school in 2020, which was announced on Drake’s Instagram with the caption “First day of school. The world is yours, kid.” This adorable toddler is sure to make an impact in the entertainment industry in the future. In 2023, he was featured rapping on his father’s song ‘Daylight,’ from his album “For All the Dogs.”
