T-Rex grew up with his mother. His father, sadly, passed away when he was just a young boy. He began his career in rap battles when he was quite young, and in the late 1990s, he began developing his skills and working to become one of the most competitive rap battle stars of all time. He has a deal with Dott Mobb and has been associated with this rap group from the beginning of his career.

In 2006, T-Rex had his first broadcast rap battle against N.H., and this battle gained hundreds of thousands of views. This was a big point in his life as it earned him a lot of attention. Even though he was incredibly young at this time (only 20 years old), he was already making a name for himself in the rap industry. Over the next few years, he would compete in more and more battles, winning for Dott Mobb and expanding his influence within the world of rap battles.
