Misha Collins was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to Richard Krushnic and Rebecca Tippens. Most of his childhood was spent with his mother and brother Sasha Krushnic, who was the provider in the family. He has two other siblings, Elizabeth and Danielle Collins.
