Capri Bryant’s father, the late Kobe Bryant, played basketball professionally for the Los Angeles Lakers. Little Bryant has three sisters: Gianna Maria-Onore Bryant, Bianka Bryant, and Natalia Diamante Bryant. She is Joe Bryant’s granddaughter and John ‘Chubby’ Cox’s great-niece. Born into the spotlight because of her parents’ celebrity statuses, Bryant was featured in a story on “People” magazine’s website in July 2019.

Bryant’s sister Gianna was a basketball player at the Mamba Sports Academy, where her father, Kobe Bryant, taught her. Unfortunately, Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna Maria Onore, died in a helicopter crash near Calabasas, California, on January 26, 2020. Their funeral was held on February 7, 2020, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and the Pacific View Memorial Park is where they were laid to rest. Bryant was only seven months old at the time of their death. Her eldest sister currently attends college at the University of Southern California.
