Background

A woman of many talents, Argentine pop singer Martina Stoessel, popularly known by her stage name TINI, has become a global celebrity. Born on March 21, 1997, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she is the daughter of television director and producer Alejandro Stoessel and Mariana Muzlera. She also has one older brother, Francisco. She went to private bilingual schools in Buenos Aires. From a young age, she began training in singing, piano, musical theater, and dance, establishing the ground for her future career. She made her television debut in a supporting role in the popular Argentine children’s telenovela “Patito Feo.” A few years later, in 2011, her Spanish rendition of Shannon Saunders’ song ‘The Glow’ was featured on a Disney album, establishing her as a singer of note.

Then, in 2017, she embarked on her first solo concert tour in Europe — ‘Got Me Started Tour’ — which was the highest-grossing tour in Argentina in 2017. Next year, she released her second album — “Quiero Volver” — and joined the reality show “La Voz… Argentina,” the spin-off of the U.S. show “The Voice,” also becoming the youngest judge on any of the show’s franchises.

On December 3, 2020, SHE launched her third album, “Tini Tini Tini,” which became an instant hit and earned her a double diamond certification. It was also one of Spotify’s top five most-listened-to albums worldwide. In March 2021, she signed up with Sony Music Latin and began work on her fourth album. She released the song ‘Mienteme’ in collaboration with Maria Becerra as the lead single from the album, which became her first number-one song on the Argentina Hot 100 list. The album is set to release in 2022.

While making great waves on the professional front, SHE has also been in the news for her personal life. She has dated former Argentine child actor Peter Lanzani, model Pepe Barroso, and famous Argentine singer Sebastian Yatra in the past. Currently, she is single.
